Lecture #23:
Revisiting happiness and wellbeing
by Darcy A. Santor | June 2022
In this final lecture, we will revisit all of the skills learned throughout the course, skills designed to help you manage your stress as load, as well as skills designed to control your stress as worry. We will revisit the importance of goal setting, utilizing your personal strengths, as well as how and when to ask for help.
We will also review how to keep everything that you have learned and are using going and turn these newly acquired skills in to lasting habits and routines.
One of the best ways to consolidate your gains is to write down the 10 most important things that you learned during the course that was meaningful and helpful to you. This is your daily to-do list for living the Good Life, your personal mantra, and your own recipe for success and well-being.
The path to the Good Life is long, and at times hard. It will be full of bumps and potholes, but there will always be periods of open skies and fine views.
