The Friday Afternoon Seminar

The Friday Afternoon Seminars

The Friday Afternoon Seminars on Learning and Wellbeing take place most Fridays from 1 to 2 pm. This is one of the easiest ways to learn something new about how to improve your wellbeing, as well as enhance your performance at work or school.

Gab a coffee or tea, sit back and just listen. 

The seminars are delivered within the scheduled hour, and each comes with an optional 1-page worksheet to help you keep the new knowledge going.

Start the weekend early by doing something
