Wellbeing updates cover topics on health, mental health and well-being that are relevant to academic success and wellbeing. This includes research on the effectiveness of a variety of stress management skills (e.g., relaxation breathing, tracking accomplishments, fact-checking), the importance of developing a growth mindset, exercising your signature strengths and characteristics, or the benefits of a variety of social emotional learning skills (e.g., saying how you feel, managing interpersonal conflict).
